Breast enhancement exercises provide some women with the means to accentuate the appearance of their breasts, but breast enhancement exercises alone will not change the size or shape of the breast itself. Rather, performing breast enhancement exercises will increase the bulk of the muscle that lies under the breast tissue. Doing breast enhancement exercises can also help lift the breast tissue, providing a firmer look and feel.
Some Breast enlargement exercises are: push ups, palm pushes, forearm grip and finger lock which should be done at least two to three times a week.
Cobra Stretch
Lie facedown with your feet together, your toe pointed and you hands on the floor. Make sure that your palms are down just in front of your shoulders. Pressing your hands into the floor, gently extend your arms, lifting your upper body off the floor as far as comfortably possible. If you feel any strain in your back, alter the pose so that you keep your elbows bent and your forearms on the floor.
Forearm Grip
Grasp your forearms at shoulder level and then pull outward without letting go.
Repeat ten times.
Breast Press
Using two three-to-five pound dumbbells, sit on the edge of a chair with your back straight, arms at your sides. Lean forward slightly at your hips, and bend your elbows to 90 degrees, keeping the palms down. Raise your arms from the shoulders so your elbows reach shoulder level, your hands in front and to each side. Hold this position for a count of four, and then return to your start position. Repeat this ten times.
Chest Lift
Lie facedown on the floor with your hands under your chin. Lift your head, chest, and arms about 5 to 6 inches off the floor. Hold the position for 10 seconds. And Repeat 5-10 times per day.
You have to use a 3-5 pound weights for the Pec-Press exercise. Lie down on your back with the knees bent. You have to outstretch your arms to each side and slowly bring them together. Hold the arms together for one second and outstretch them again. You can have the repetition of this exercise for 10-12 times a day.
Breast enhancement exercises, like any form of exercise, should be performed in sportswear, on a comfortable flat surface. If done without caution, these exercises can strain the muscles, so speak to your doctor first if you have any concerns. Don’t push yourself too hard, and stop immediately if you feel unwell, be it pain or tension. Performing these breast enhancement exercises daily, or at least two to three times a week should help you achieve more round “perky” breasts.
